Welcome to MakerGeek.co.uk

I have a new domain!  I’d been toying with the idea for a while, coming up with something other than a default wordpress address.
I recently created a new public twitter id for the purpose of making public the things like projects that I intend to be public, and I came up with @makergeek

I decided I liked this enough that I investigated the domain, and whilst makergeek.com is taken by someone (doing nothing with it) I was able to get makergeek.co.uk and so I have switched over, along with a funky new title banner.

This does not herald any change in content or style, so just me rambling on about things I’ve tried to make and how I made them. I just felt that as with any self respecting geek on the internet, I ought to have my website under a domain I own.
